Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday).
Processing times may be longer during holidays, launches, or high-volume periods.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at support@eleanoras.com.

If the order has already shipped, we are unable to make changes.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Eleanora's Boutique, LLC is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Once an order is handed to the carrier, we no longer have control over delivery.

If your package is lost or stolen, you will need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Refused or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to refusal, an incorrect address, or delivery failure, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.

Preorders & Special Items

If applicable:

Items marked as preorders will ship according to the estimated date listed in the product description.
Orders containing both preorder and in-stock items may ship together or separately at our discretion.

Shipping During Sales & Holidays

During peak seasons, launches, or promotions, processing and shipping times may be extended.
